I'm Ysabelle Saludo, based in Bulacan, Philippines. I build the systems, funnels, and automations that quietly run businesses in the background.

I didn't start here. I came up as a virtual assistant wearing every hat, from social media to appointment setting to community management. Somewhere along the way I found the part I actually loved: the operations. Funnels, CRMs, the whole step-by-step journey of how a stranger becomes a paying client. I loved mapping it, building it, and watching it work.

What really gets me is automation. If I see a task being done by hand, I can't help but picture the faster version. Someone drowning in DMs? I'm already imagining the landing page where every answer lives, where the client just pays to get instant access with no back-and-forth and no midnight replies. That instinct is the whole job for me. I take the repetitive, manual, easy-to-drop work off your plate and hand it to a system that doesn't forget, doesn't sleep, and doesn't need to be hired.

And there's nothing like seeing it click on. The workflows firing, the clients moving through, the revenue coming in, all without anyone touching it manually again.

Outside the builds, I'm a planner person to my core. I live for organizing, plotting things out ahead, and turning “where do I even start” into a clear order of operations. That's basically what I do for clients too. I just bring the calm to your business instead of mine.
