I'm Ysabelle Saludo, based in Bulacan, Philippines. I'm a sales and operations systems manager for online coaches. I set up how leads come in, how follow-up goes out, how a new client gets started, and where it's all written down.

I didn't start here. I came up as a virtual assistant doing a bit of everything, from social media to appointment setting to community management. Somewhere along the way I realized the part I liked most was the operations: funnels, CRMs, and the whole path from a stranger to a paying client. I like mapping it out, building it, and watching it work.

When I see something being done by hand, I start picturing the faster way. A coach drowning in DMs, for example, usually needs one page where the answers live and a simple way to pay and get started. I build that. I use AI to speed up drafts and the repetitive parts, and I check everything myself before it goes out.

Someone still has to decide what to build first, set it up in your real tools, test it, and fix it when it breaks. That's my job, and it's why you'd want a person on it.

Outside the builds, I'm a planner at heart. I bring that calm to your business instead of mine.
